Bill Johnson, Central Valley Commercial Real Estate Broker

Bill Johnson is a Director & Associate Broker at KW Commercial, the commercial real estate arm of Keller Williams Realty, the largest real estate franchise in the world. He has been a licensed commercial real estate broker for over 8 years, specializing in investment sales across multiple asset classes: retail, service stations, light industrial, office, commercial land. He has a proven track record of delivering value to his clients, having been directly involved in the acquisition and/or disposition of over 1,000,000 SF of commercial space, totaling in excess of $250 Million in transaction volume.

Bill leverages his broad understanding of local, regional, and national commercial real estate markets, as well as his strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, to provide optimal solutions for his clients' needs. He has represented clients in CA, FL, TX, MS, IL, NV, IA, and ID, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability. He is committed to professionalism, ethics, and customer satisfaction, always putting his clients' interests ahead of his own. 

He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from San Diego State University and a broker's license from Kaplan Real Estate School. He also has two elementary school teaching credentials, which have helped him develop rapport, patience, and problem-solving abilities in his CRE career. 

Outside of real estate, he enjoys sports, reading, physical activity, and investing. He lives in Stockton, CA, with his wife and two boys.
